The challenge
Movilrepara is a nationwide mobile phone repair service offered via a channel of local retail establishments.
Our brief was to design and develop a B2B2C commerce solution with the ability to provide consumers with real-time quotes for repair and contract a service via a retail point-of-sale.
The solution
We defined the business process workflow with our customer and then designed and developed a custom ASP.NET solution built on Microsoft Azure Web App Services. Together we developed an API to allow the website and the legacy repair system to communicate such things as damage, quote, estimated repair time and order status.

Workflow definition
We began the project by defining the workflow and the APIs needed for the website and legacy system to communicate.

We decided on a custom ASP.NET website running on Microsoft Azure Web App Services giving the flexibility, robustness and scalability required.
Website design & development
After defining the scope and the workflow we set about the visual design and UX for customers, shopkeepers and management.
Omnichannel
The commerce solution is initiated offline in a local retail establishment while payment and processing workflows happen online.
Testing and debugging
We worked closely with the client’s technical team throughout the project to test and debug the APIs on order to keep the project on-track.
